CITO events, or Cache In Trash Out, are when geocachers give back. These events can include activities such as picking up garbage, trail maintenance, or planting trees. All of which cleans up and improves the world that is every geocachers playground.The 11th annual CITO weekend is being held on April 20, 21 and 22nd, 2013. There are hundreds of events in dozens of countries that you may wish to attend. If you do participate in an event that weekend, you get a special souvenir from Groundspeak for your geocaching.com profile.
